By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. SleepEase Pro is operated by ClickCraft Ventures. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Product Description
SleepEase Pro is a wearable consumer device that uses gentle EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) micro-stimulation to engage throat muscles during sleep. It is intended for use by adults who experience snoring or are seeking a non-CPAP option to support better sleep. SleepEase Pro is not a medical device cleared or approved by the FDA for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea as a clinical condition. If you have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea by a healthcare provider, consult your doctor before stopping or replacing prescribed CPAP therapy.

Results vary by individual. The timeline of 3-4 months reflects average customer experience and is not a guarantee for every user.

3. Health Disclaimer
SleepEase Pro is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is a consumer wellness device. If you have a pacemaker, implanted cardiac defibrillator, or any active electronic implant, do not use this device. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have any serious health condition or are unsure whether this device is appropriate for you.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing.

5. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped by contacting [email protected] with your order number. Once shipped, our 100-night refund policy applies.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We take every customer concern seriously and respond to all support emails promptly. If you experience any issue with your order — including non-delivery, product concerns, or billing questions — we ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider.

Our team is available Monday to Friday and will work to resolve your concern as quickly as possible. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this agreement. ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to contest any chargeback filed without prior communication by submitting evidence of purchase, delivery, and our stated refund policy to the relevant financial institution.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design belongs to SleepEase Pro / ClickCraft Ventures and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
